When a license is purchased, the purchaser becomes a licensee. Citybus Productions grants licensees of our music a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single project license to use the music that has been licensed, in the licensees production, including audio, video, and all other productions listed. The license allows the licensee to use the audio only as listed in the contract for the license they are making. If you require a usage that is not currently available in our licensing contract listings please contact Citybus Productions to obtain a license based on your needs.

Music
All music on the Citybus Productions website is royalty-free. Citybus Productions is source for producers and music supervisors to find music to use for productions with ease. All music is property of Citybus Productions and/or the individual artists on the site and songs are not to be claimed as owned by any other source. All music that is purchsed must be used, in accordance with, the rights given within the contract of the license for the audio usage.

Privacy Policy
Citybus Productions will never sell or give your email or contact information to any outside sources unless it is necessary for legal matters. Should you select to access a site that is a link from the Citybus Productions site, Citybus Productions cannot be held responsible for the information you share with any other site or the privacy policy of that site.

Property Information
Citybus Productions financial interest in the audio and other property on the site is known by visitors and members of the site and any misuse that intends to go against this agreement, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or otherwise distributing the audio and other property of this site may damage the integrity and potential of this site and the company. Citybus Productions knowledge of any misuse will cause an immediate legal injunction without the requirement of acknowledging the offender or any other forms of warning.

Payment Information
Payments received by Citybus Productions are processed through Paypal and their secure servers. At no time does Citybus Productions hold credit card information, nor do we have access to those numbers or accounts.

Liability of Citybus Productions
Citybus Productions and the owners of any audio or other media contained within the Citybus Productions web site will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of savings, direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages from the use of audio or other media on the site, under any circumstances. The fees paid by the user/ licensee of the site will be the limit of liability of the copyright holder and Citybus Productions of the audio on the site. The liability of Citybus Productions, the audio, and other media provided by the company are acknowledged with the license, by the payee; of an audio piece, use of a royalty-free beat, or any other media provided by the site.

We, at Citybus Productions, try and keep our site maintained and free from intruders. Should any incident happen, that is believed to be from use of this site, where viruses, harmful components, errors, connections that are not secure, interruptions, unauthorized codes, or any other form of unpleasant events occur, Citybus Productions can not be held liable to these incidences and users are required to assure damages of these types do not happen with proper security software. Again, we try our best to prevent all incidences of these types, but should they occur we will not be held responsible. Citybus Productions can not be held responsible for users’ fees for attorneys, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses from misuse of; the Citybus Productions website, audio and media of the site, and the sites terms of use.

-Using audio or any other property of Citybus Productions to sell website templates, multimedia templates, and other forms not included in the Citybus Productions licensing agreements. Reselling of audio in any form, not included in the licensing agreement, requires a special license from Citybus Productions and can be obtained by contacting us.

-Sharing any content of the site with any persons or companies that have not licensed the works or paid for their use. Any attempt to reproduce, share or re-license our media in any form will result in criminal prosecution against the licensee. The licensee will protect all audio received from Citybus Productions to prevent unauthorized use or distribution. Citybus Productions reserves the right to ban any persons or companies from access to the site and the ability to license music should it be believed that any persons are posting Citybus Productions audio, usernames, passwords or other property of Citybus Productions, to any newsgroups, message boards, web site's or forums. Violations of Use
Citybus Productions will review, delete, or block access to any or all communications that may harm Citybus Productions, its customers or third parties. Citybus Productions may take action including, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Citybus Productions Terms of Use and the media‘s intended purpose. We will only release your contact information if it is believed to be necessary to identify or make contact with such persons that may be interfering or illegally using the property of Citybus Productions, our customers, or in any case the law needs full disclosure.


Any attempt to avoid any or all of the terms of use from this site, without written permission from Citybus Productions, will leave your claim null and void.
